The Porteur Foundation operates around a One-for-One framework in association with Unicef. For every bicycle sold, one will be in turn donated to children living in developing countries. The classic porteur style bike was used in the aftermath of World War II to transport goods back and forth, accommodating growth and reconstruction. The team behind this venture believes that this framework is still relevant, and can moreover help to improve the livelihood of those in need.

The organization claims that Africa will benefit immensely from the vehicles, not to mention the worldly need for approximately 100 million two-wheelers.
