[FHN] Ipoh Century Ride 2010 – 1.8.2010 – Part II

The community of lady-cyclists is growing… more than we ever expected.

For the past decade, lady-cyclists took a plunge into cycling mainly due to strong influence from their spouses, while some of them – for their husbands-to-be. As health consciousness begins to sink in lately, we see a growing number of lady cyclists – not participating just any ride, but CENTURY RIDE – something we consider extreme cycling and requires good stamina!

This round we spotted a few ladies looking good in shiny armor showcasing their minature bodies, arm muscles and flowing hair (maybe sponsored bySunsilk) – all set to rock the cycling world and show the men how much better they are.

Mm. Alluring.

BaikBike commends lady-cyclists as they battle with the men alongside them, and the perception of incompetency ringing in their minds.

Century Ride 2010 gathers more than 500 cyclists to Bukit Kinding Resort from all walks of life. Husbands who took a day off; Expatriates who look for something ELSE to do; Athletes who wants to challenge themselves; Youths who enjoy cycling fun with their friends; Advocates who want to show off their new toys bikes; and not missing out Hunks who subtly boast of their beauty bods. Tell me, how can you miss out this day to meet these people?!

Maybe one day, cycling fashion can be like tennis fashion – when men and women alike adore fancy jerseys and fitting shorts, paired with branded tumblers, helmets, gloves and everything else.
